We are a high-low, fine-casual concept making simple, seasonal American cuisine inspired by the culinary traditions of Italy, France, & Spain. Expect to see dishes that you are used to seeing at fancy restaurants & some you would typically find at a drive-thru or dive bar. but they all are served on a plate from Goodwill. Our menus are ever-changing, not just by the season but by the day. we embrace change, creativity & inspiration every chance we get.For groups of 2 people, we recommend ordering 4-6 dishes from the three sections of the menu (depending on how hungry you are!). for example - 2 snacks, 1 small share plate, & 1 large share plate.The food is designed to be enjoyed family-style.     First class experience from the valet parking to the greeting, coat check, welcome and an offer of a glass of Prosecco on arrival , to the quality of food and service. Choice of 2 signature cocktails included in the buffet is a very nice feature. .Baked croissant and muffins, lobster eggs Benedict and bread pudding all divine. Modern, glamorous, casually elegant ambiance. Small wonder Botanist is so popular. Go. You'll be very satisfied.

    We arrived for the happy hour menu. Very good food and the portions allowed us to combine a few different items and create a main course. The ambience is very elegant without requiring one to be well versed in the art of fine dining establishment decorum. Service was attentive, never lacking, personable but not overwhelming. A nice touch was the manager introducing us and engaging our party. Definately will go back. Well worth the visit.

    The restaurant had a casual setting. We went there for the Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinner buffets. The buffet had lots of options to fit everybody’s tastes. The food was excellent and the service was as well. Prices were very reasonable.
