- BBillPalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •16 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoVery nice spot… Old Church vibe, with a bit of civil war nostalgia. We enjoyed the fried chicken and southern salad. Chicken was crispy n moist, but… $30.00 for 1/2 chicken? Some pickles and cornbread, but no sides? Salad was fresh and flavorful. Our server was very distracted, and likely wished we had gone somewhere else? Don’t think we would return. Too many other spots for great food and service in this lovely city!! - KKEITHLondon •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoWhen over from the UK always meet friends for lunch at Janes. Always book in advance and request outside table. When we arrived today was told no outside table available which was disappointing.More infoJane Bistro & BarPrice: Moderate• American• Hilton Head Island•4.5
- BBeckyTahoe / Reno Area •8 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 2, 2024The Ribaut Social Club was the perfect place to celebrate our 39th anniversary. Chef Robert prepared a delicious meal. My husband and I shared the tomato and burrata appetizer and a healthy yet tasty salad with apples and field greens and other goodies. For entrees, I had the chicken Marsala and my husband had the pork chop which was the most tender pork chop he’s ever tasted. Both entrees were perfectly seasoned. For dessert we had a vanilla crème custard with fresh berries. Sarah provided excellent service, and the bar tender made a delicious mocktail for my husband and apparently specializes in this which makes it nice for those who prefer a non-alcoholic beverage. The setting is fantastic! We sat outside on the porch where we could see the sun setting over the bay. We highly recommend going to this unique restaurant in the historic Anchorage Inn.More infoThe Ribaut Social Club - Anchorage 1770Price: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Beaufort•4.5
