Michelin-recommended since 2022.We first imagined Aloette to be the perfect diner that we’d want to dine in – a menu with a great burger paired with a fantastic and fun wine list, a long row of bar stools facing the bar and the kitchen, and an energetic atmosphere accented with an old school hip hop playlist. The buzz of the dining room mirrors the energy of the street on Spadina Avenue; the dining room itself mimics a train’s dining car. It’s kind of a bistro, kind of a diner, internationally inspired menu which is also representative of the diverse culture in Toronto.Brunch at Aloette was something we said we’d never do.     It was our first time at Louix Louis and we had a great time!! We were sitting at the bar and our bartenders/servers were amazing. They were welcoming, friendly and engaging. The bartender suggested the Louix Spritz with a shot of Casamigo Reposado and it was one of the best cocktails I have ever had..must try!! For our dinner, we ordered Burrata and Endive salad, Crab salad, Lobster Risotto and Filet Mignon, and King's Chocolate cake for dessert, all was superb!!! Great service, beautiful and relaxing ambience and superb food and drinks. Our overall experience was amazing!! We will definitely go back. This place is a must visit restaurant if you have not been. Thank you Louix Louis for an amazing night!!!

    Love Cluny - such a beautiful space and service is always amazing (I've coincidently been there 3x in 2025 -- family brunch, dinner with friend group, valentine's day with hubby -- all experiences were top notch. Although its a large open space it doesn't seem to get loud and still feels intimate and romantic, if that's what you're looking for. Thanks to the Cluny team.

    The food, service and atmosphere were spot on for the celebration of a mentor turning 90. We loved it! Food, people and the Champaign. The only disappointment and actually surprise was as follows: I told the bartender about the 90th bday celebration the 6 of us were having, please bring us a bottle of Champaign and 6 glasses. All cool. And he said we will bring something special at the end of brunch. The waitress brought a beautiful mix of three desserts which tasted amazing. What surprised me was when I got the bill was we were charged for them. Rather than make a stink amongst very special guests, I paid the bill. However, a couple of days have gone by now and it still bothers me. Would I go back again for another special celebration and recommend to others? For sure! It’s just unfortunate that this impression of a complimentary thank you is what you remember.
