The waiter and management were exceedingly kind and apologetic. They quickly replaced the steak and it was wonderful according to my husband. The chef checked the steak and confirmed it had muscle or something in it and confirmed it would be tough. In all, it was a wonderful experience. They said they were VERY happy we let them know and wanted our experience to be a good one. IT WAS! We even had a moment when you realize “OMG we’re at a steakhouse and one of our guests is vegetarian!” And it was no problem because the fish and veg options were fantastic. The cocktails were also inventive, delicious and well presented and the wine list great. Staff was attentive and very helpful. The staff is very friendly and responsive but we have to ask for water refills to often. The food was very good except for the steak which was filled of fat and gristle which made it difficult to cut. The Cesar salad had a nice hint of lemon, the lobster pop tarts had nice pieces of lobster and the dips included were very flavorful. The risotto has rich and flavorful and we ended with the gold bar dessert which we loved the presentation and the decadent taste of the dessert.More infoBarton G.
