Lokma, which means “a bite” in Turkish, opened in Feb 2018 and is located in the Outer Richmond. We serve a fresh Californian and Turkish fare while serving our guests with warm hospitality in our bright and open space. Please note that we allow 15 15-minute grace period for reservations, we ask that you please call if you are going to be late. Reservations will be marked as no-shows after 15 minutes. Due to the high number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we now have a 24-hour cancellation window for parties of 6 or more. We will require credit card information through OpenTable. There will be a $10 fee for no-shows or late cancellations per person for a party of 6 or more.Your table will be reserved for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Kokkari (pronounced “Ko-Kar-ee”) is a small fishing village located on the islands of Samos in the Aegean Sea, whose name is derived from the small onions that were once produced in the nearby fields.     Here’s the revised review: I had an excellent experience overall at Elena’s! The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was perfect. The bartender was awesome—super attentive and friendly. The busboys were amazing, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, they gave me better service than my waitress, who wasn’t quite on the ball. While her service left something to be desired, the rest of the staff really stepped up and made it a great night. Big thanks to the team at Elena’s for making it memorable!

    Regardless of whether you eat with your eyes or with your stomach, you won’t be disappointed. My husband and I had dinner here last night and we couldn’t be more thrilled. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous and the food is outstanding in every way. The menu is interesting and innovative. We enjoyed appetizers of Carne Crudo and Insalata Tritata which were absolutely delicious. Our entrees of rockfish and lasagne verde were perfect. We sat at the bar which was lively and festive considering it’s the holiday season. The staff is super friendly and the vibe is lively and fun. A definite must try if you haven’t already!

    Always An amazing experience! Everything on the Menus is dependable and superb. We had an extra person and a miscommunication on our reservation however Val the lead hostess and manager made a huge effort to accommodate us and ensure we could fit our guest. I’ve never seen a manager go through so much effort and be as gracious as Val was and go above and beyond to help us out. Thank you Val.
