For more than 20 years, Paolo’s has been bringing the taste of Italy to Kent. Paul Raftis founded the restaurant after growing up learning to cook along side his mother, Darlene Raftis. He enjoys the open kitchen he can chat with guests as he works. He never tires of hearing "It smells so good in here!" As a marathoner, he is living proof that that you can eat Italian and be healthy. In fact, one of his signature dishes, "Fettucine Paolo" was featured in Runner's World magazine. "It's one of the dishes I developed, it has no cream in it, no butter."     If you're looking for and amazing Italian dining experience, then look no further! Tucked into the corner, this gem of a resteraunt doesn't need a flashy building or bright signage, because the food really shines! The service was top notch, and the food was exquisite. With portion sizes that won't leave you hungry and flavors that will knock ypu out with every bite. I've found me new date night experience! This place is a must go, if you are a local or just passing by! Do not miss the opportunity!

    I was blown away by the outstanding service and attention we received. I appreciate how your staff offered us options for seating and then continually checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you so much to Sam and all the others who helped her. Much appreciated. I enjoyed my salad with grilled shrimp, delicious. The only comment was that there should be more fennel in the fennel/tomato soup. Otherwise all was great. I will be back with my husband for dinner.

    We went to this restaurant for casual dinner meeting. We ate unlimited Korean BBQ for dinner menu. There were so many choices of meats and korean side dishes. Great customer service from professional staffs , and wonderful foods. We had perfect dinner meeting at this restaurant. Absolutely, we will come again this restaurant “The Palace Korean BBQ” in Federal Way, WA.
