Best Authentic Restaurants in Oceanside

Service was great! Very friendly atmosphere. Food was great! We ordered nachos for apps, flavors were spot on. For entree we had the chicken enchiladas, that was good, too! All in all, was great food and service! Will definitely be back.

For gluten free it’s amazing! For others it’s great too. We love this place. The fried zucchini, seafood salad and fried calamari are outstanding appetizers and their salads are great. The chicken parm and veal chop are some favorites. They always have great specials too. They have a wonderful friendly staff.

good food, good service, nice lively atmosphere. Staff particularly very attentive. Will certainly be back! We ate simply (still stuffed from the holiday). White pizza with hot honey; caeser salads; lobster bisque; ravioli. All excellent. One of our party left a bag--staff called within minutes (thanks to our contact info in OpenTable!). Truly appreciated the effort.

Paul and his staff were amazing. Very accommodating, polite and personable. Delicious Greek food cooked to perfection. Made us feel very comfortable.

I always enjoy coming to Dunns River. The music is good, the food is amazing and it’s the only sit down Caribbean experience that is top tier compared to the normal hole in the wall establishments with the plex glass separating the customers. Home run for date night. My only wish is that the music isn’t so loud all the time. It’s so hard to have a conversation. I stayed away from Friday & Saturday and picked a weekday date night thinking it would be a quieter background noise kind of night. Nope. We were still shouting at each other. After our meal we ending up walking around in the rain so we could hear each other lol. Something to consider for management maybe.
