- MMaryannVIPNew York City •17 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe had a pre-holiday dinner on Arthur Avenue after a Fordham basketball game. Both my husband ('76) and son ('11) are alums so it brought back many memories of dining experiences during their time there. Mario's did not disappoint...Val was a wonderfully attentive waiter on a very busy evening. All of the dishes were even better than we remembered. The attention to detail, both in the presentation and the flavors, was truly remarkable. Each piece of sushi was prepared with the utmost care, showcasing the chef’s incredible skill and dedication to the craft. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the pairing of flavors was both innovative and harmonious. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening even more enjoyable.
