The Post, Lafayette CO - This restaurant is everything its advertisers. Whether a casual drop in, date night or large party get together The Posts inviting vibe is reminiscent of that warm neighbourhood spot. As well as a destination dining experience, from ambience, service, quality, The Post is one of a handful of places in my foodie opinion on the front range that's curated an above average next level comfort food & craft beer experience. First time here and we will be returning. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. Our server Delaney was attentive and focused on making our experience excellent. The food was exceptional. From the homemade bread and oil to the chopped salad, my steak and shrimp dinner and finishing with coffee and Frangelico, it was a delicious meal.
