Best Authentic Restaurants in Northshore

I went tonight with my gf and another couple. I have been wanting to try Valencia for a while. I have traveled all over Spain and love the food. I (and all at my table) were very pleased with all 5 dishes (we shared 4 tapas plates and the house paella for 2 and it was plenty; we also shared a flan dessert). We all agreed we want to go back soon. Service by Emily was perfect. I ordered one dish at a time and we spent 2.5 hours there. It's a beautiful space. They did a fabulous renovation and the enclosed the space that was formerly a covered deck with visqueen curtains. It was impressive in all aspects. I will say the wine list was limited but the Cabernet I ordered complimented the food.

Our experience at Tavi last evening was outstanding as always! Tavi has become our go to restaurant in Covington for all dining events- holiday or just a casual lunch. Walking through the door into the warm white, airy, tranquil aesthetics brings instant comfort along with friendly greetings as you are seated. Service is immediate with a warm Welcome and cool delicious tall waters. The menu selection provides an array of simple cuisine (all fresh ingredients, warm oven baked pita) and fabulous desserts. The ambiance of atmosphere combined with the friendly hospitality, divine foods, drinks and remarkable service sets the tone for every visit to Tavi! Mr. Mark and Misty always give amazing, professional service with amiable conversation and smiles. We will be back soon!

Fun spot with great upscale pizza and mediterranean food. Service was welcoming and professional. Well priced wine selection. Specials on Wednesday and Thursday. Chexk it out. Enjoyed my first visit.

As an early Valentine’s Day dinner with our mom, my husband and I enjoyed every moment of our dining experience. Both food and service were excellent. Every accommodation was met with grace and the blueberry/banana cheesecake to end the evening was amazing. Will be back!
