Chef Eugenia Hobson and her team prepare authentic Greek dishes served attentively in an easy-going, informal setting. Our signature dishes include the grilled octopus, the kolokithokeftedes (stuffed zucchini fritters), the lavraki whole fish (branzino) filleted table side, and the arni giouvetsi (lamb shank with orzo).     The food was fresh and delicious. One guest needed a gluten-free lunch. The tuna was marinated in soy which contains wheat. If they used tamari instead it would be GF.

    La Bonne Vie provided an absolutely superb Christmas Eve dinner program that took away all of the stress of the holiday season. The prix fixe menu was very thorough and provided many fine options for all tastes. The wine and cocktail lists were excellent. Having a special Christmas Eve dinner was a stroke of genius and the owners of La Bonne Vie are to be commended for thinking about the adults during Christmas time. One of the many fine parts of the dinner experience was the "quiet" in the restaurant. The joy of having a sumptuous meal with your loved one in a place with the proper ambiance cannot be overstated. We cannot wait for our next dinner at La Bonne Vie!
