T54 Restaurant & Bar offers modern, Italian cuisine in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere. Husband and wife owners, Massimo Schiavon & Antoinette Borromeo, provide an extension of their home to guests. Our Christmas dinner was a delightful surprise. The restaurant served their regular menu, and every dish was a culinary triumph. We started with a flavorful lamb soup and a refreshing kale and pumpkin salad. The highlight was the shrimp bake—a generous portion of succulent shrimp and mushrooms, minimally breaded, which was a pleasant departure from expectations. The lamb shank was tender and satisfying, though a bit understated in terms of seasoning. However, it was still delicious. For dessert, we indulged in baklava, a new experience for us. It was rich, sweet, and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return and savor these dishes again.
