Best Authentic Restaurants in East Falls

We felt rushed waitresses kept coming over constantly for no reason for Christmas I felt that the price was a little high it wasn't no special meats added to be menu for that price of 64.95 it was only pre cut ham added to the menu for Christmas and they switched out the sides but overall it was a nice dinner and the ambiance was nice as well

We’ve been patronizing the restaurant since before COVID, both the restaurant and the grocery. Consistently, the food, service, and overall dining experience are excellent. On this particular occasion, there were three of celebrating a birthday. From start to finish, the service could not have been better — efficient, friendly, and helpful. All three of us had the special Branzino dish, and each had a different salad or appetizer. The dishes all exceeded our high expectations. We could not stay for dessert, but purchased a pint of the Desire gelato for consumption at home. Needless to say, the gelato was over-the-top.

An outstanding dining experience. The staff is wonderful, conscientious , and very professional. We never felt like the staff hovered over us but were present when needed. Any questions we had about the menu, specials, or general were answered. Never did we feel rushed or pushed to order anything we didn’t want. The cuisine is exceptional and speaks for itself. I will tell everyone I meet to enjoy the dining experience. The ambiance is intimate and makes you feel like you’re dining with your large family. Thank you.

Some excellent dishes served to the four of us. The portions are generous and of quality. One appetizer, the fried calamari, was neither crisp nor hot, so we hope they can bring it out of the kitchen quicker. The four main courses including the fish special demonstrated an excellent chef. All of the deserts were Diner quality and need to be reimagined. Cold crème brûlée? We will be back and hope they take the few needed steps to become a designation restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful. Delicious food and friendly service. Our favorite place in the city for special occasions.
