Best Authentic Restaurants in Mullet Bay

Roma does it again!!!! I am a student at the Medical School on this island, and having eaten at my fair share of restaurants on the French and Dutch side, I can honestly say Roma is my favorite restaurant. Marco, Matteo, and the rest of the crew are fantastic authentic Italian chefs that do Italian food as simply and authentically as possible while still having a nod to some Americanized favorites for those who have a special request (looking at you, chicken parmigiana lovers). Our server Yolaine was friendly, warm, and very attentive as always. I have been here several time as she was excellent as always. My family is visiting this week and Roma was my number one must visit, and as always, my family was beyond impressed. My fathers family still lives majority in Molise, so we have done a significant amount of traveling in Italy and our favorite Italian restaurant back home is run by a Michelin Starred chef, and honestly Roma stacks up with the best of them. The Pizza is 1000% the best on island, much more authentic with a real wood oven (vs Mamma’s), the 4 Roman pastas all use fantastic imported guanciale as they should, the wine selection is fantastic and very reasonably priced…. I could go on forever but do yourself a favor and make a reservation here and enjoy and Italian dinner you won’t forget!😊

Great food and service! Great views as well. Food was all really well prepared and options for everyone. Love having both meat and vegan options for a family!

What can I say other than all 7 of us couldn't stop eating long enough to talk. Actually we did talk alot about his amazing everything was. To start, I had the lobster 2 ways - selected fresh from the pool, weighed and brought back with one side done thermidor style and the other broiled with 2 butter sauces. Literally the most amazing dish I've ever had. Fun to eat and share plus so memorable. There was not one morsel left on anyone's plate. The dinner was truly incredible. Don't be fooled by the small space - we were a little crowded but would suffer that in a heartbeat to eat that food again. Best bread on the avenue, as well and the service staff was lovely, fun and engaged. A definite DO NOT MISS THIS RESTAURANT.

Service was great and we all enjoyed our meals. Karaoke was a fun addition.
