    Amada Philly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern elegance. The service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal! Every dish was bursting with flavor, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The jamón ibérico, gambas al ajillo, and pulpo a la gallega were standouts, but honestly, everything we tried was exceptional. The paella was rich, aromatic, and perfectly cooked, and the selection of Spanish wines complemented the meal flawlessly.     As always the staff at Fiorella goes above and beyond. We arrived for a Valentine’s Day reservation at 5:30 inside but an earlier seating wasn’t budging and we ended up not being sat until around 6. The staff immediately apologized for the wait and set us at ease by saying, “please take your time and don’t feel rushed — we have rearranged seatings.” We then were given a welcome glass of wine and a complimentary pasta for our patience. Again the staff just went above and beyond. Every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience once again.
