    Our server was on top of his game with the specials, menu and drink recommendations. We enjoyed the foie gras, pecan chocolate dessert. Lamb Saddle, salmon cones and truffle mac n’ cheese. One call out is on the hotel lavatory as the male service crew tended to the bathroom and even knocked on the stall and shouted at my tween daughter while she was using the stall. I mentioned this to the management team who said they would make sure it would not happen again.

    On Friday-Sunday they also have a German menu, which is very good! They also have a selection of German beers. My wife likes the Schnitzel with red cabbage & spatzle, but this time I tried the goulash, which was excellent. The service was great, & the owner makes a point of stopping by & asking your impressions. If you like German food, can’t go wrong @ China Garden!
