Best Authentic Restaurants in Anchorage

We had an amazing experience! Despite running late for our reservation, the staff was incredibly understanding accommodating. When we unexpectedly added an extra guest, they went above and beyond to find a bigger table and still seated us on time. The hostess provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcome and valued. The entire experience with seamless, and we truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend this restaurant for both the food and outstanding hospitality!

Great experience and will definitely go again! The lobster bisque was delicious and a must order along with the shrimp scampi. If you love roasted garlic the shrimp scampi comes with a whole bulb of roasted garlic on top which was soooo good spread on the crusty bread that came with it. My husband got the mushroom Alfredo and it was so creamy and good. I got the roasted scallops with risotto, bacon, kale and lobster. I loved the scallops. They were cooked perfectly as well as the risotto. The sauce on the risotto was wonderful. I did not like the kale. It was smoky but almost had a Medicinal taste and I usually love kale, but I did not like the kale in this dish. We got the tiramisu for dessert. It was a good size as the two of us split it. It was just OK. We thought it was dense and dry with no coffee flavor. Our waiter was very attentive, very nice and outgoing. The overall atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful, low lighting and just very relaxing. 

Great meal. A little pricey and odd that there was a service charge on top of an included 20% gratuity. Weirdly long gap between the dinner course and dessert, when the desserts all seemed to be pre prepared anyways. This was a special menu on Valentine's Day ymmv.

Ordered the flatbread appetizer and 3 sushi rolls. They were fantastic!

So tired of fast food joints popping up in Middletown… Thank you for bringing Lou Lou to us! Great Galentine’s dinner with friends - we will be back!
