   Been here before for the chefs table and that was a lot better. Got the tasting menu of the day with the wine pairing and there were a few things that didn’t live up to expectations and our server didn’t see empowered to solve any of our concerns or edit anything to meet our desires. One of our pastas was very salty and he just said the cheese is salty. Not can I bring you something else etc. we didn’t eat it. The wine pairing pours were 3oz and we didn’t get a wine with each course. There were times we sat there with nothing to drink because 3oz over 20 mins is unreasonable. The finish was a desert wine with desert. Sweet with sweet. Not a good pairing. He did not try and swap that with something we might enjoy, even when we said we won’t drink it before it came out. Desert wine was all wasted. Other restaurants would have offered another wine to finish the dinner stronger instead we all went home knowing we likely would not be back.

   Excellent service from the moment you walk in the door. The lighting is beautiful and the atmosphere is warm. The food was delicious. We tried the Beet salad and bass crudo, both interesting dishes. Finished with classic pastas to share. We had a lovely time.

   Food was ok. Pay attention to the seating limit and eat fast. Not a place to meet friends or a date for a leisurely dinner. I was really displeased with our experience. Although it’s written in the reservation confirmation (admittedly- I missed this detail when I read the email) - it was not communicated to us when we arrived/were seated. It would be extremely helpful to give a reminder when diners arrive. We would have understood this and dined accordingly. In this instance - after dinner our party was given the dessert menus and asked for our order by the manager. We asked for a minute to decide. Literally a minute later when our server returned, we were ready to place an order - we were told that the next reservation is arriving in 10 minutes and they needed to clear the table. This was really disappointing to hear - and the server said there was nothing that they could do (there was no offer to rush dessert and payment, take out, or any accommodation whatsoever). For context - as a party of 3, the stated seating limit is 2.5 hours. Our reservation was at 6:30 pm and we were told at 8:21 pm that we must leave less than 2 full hours in (our receipt is time stamped). In this time we ordered 3 apps, 3 cocktails, 3 pastas (would have ordered another drink but were not offered) - and dessert was STRICTLY not on offer. I shared this feedback to let the manager know while we were still there and it wasn’t acknowledged or addressed.

   All the dishes we got were amazing! Service was attentive and the ambience was great as well. Would definitely come back.

   Food was delicious and service welcoming and attentive. While it's a small space and the restaurant was crowded it was still comfortable and did not feel cramped. Really liked the vibe and the food. Will definitely be back.

    The food was very good. Service was attentive without being intrusive. That's the good news (and it IS good news). We were there early (6pm) on a Monday. The not-so-good news: It is apparently a policy that parties of two be seated at tables for two, which are all very near the entrance, and a chilly draft as others enter or leave. This might make sense when the place is expecting a capacity crowd but, early on a Monday night, there were several tables for 4 that remained empty. They do not have clamato juice, so no pre-dinner Bloody Caesar.
