   This is an overpriced restaurant inside the Ritz Carlton with worse than Applebees service. Ordered salads. Server was really rude at the beginning, did a literal walk by checking on the salads but didn't stop. Then the food runner brought entrees came out while we were trying to finish salads. When we mentioned how fast everything was coming out he said he didn't know and just took food when the kitchen told him to. It is interesting that the kitchen decides how fast or slow you will dine and not you and the server pacing your "experience". Oxidized grey potatoes and uncooked asparagus were our sides. Once we mentioned the bad sides to the new GM, the server was even more angry with us. At least his personal jacket was removed this time around instead of feeling like we were walking into a campground restaurant. The GM took my 56$ filet when I thought he was bringing a fresh dish with the ugly sides removed. Nope. We paid 252$ for a NY steak and a couple of cocktails. They did remove the cost of the 13$ sides so I suppose I should be grateful. The GM was friendly and once he took my plate, we never saw him again to ask for my steak back. I had taken only one bite of the steak which would have been amazing had I been able to finish it. Poor communication is what it was. We are pretty easy going and understand when a restaurant has an off night but this seems to be normal. The new normal of dining with corporate chains I guess. If you are going to be inside a Ritz Carlton, you have certain expected standards. Don't be inside a Ritz if you don't like it or are not up to the task to uphold standards. Unless you like being treated like an inconvenience and having the kitchen decide when you will eat and how fast you should eat while paying a huge price for it, you'll get better service at Rock Bottom Brewery which is where we went after for dinner. Hear is your hat what's your hurry is a good line for this joint and don't order the potatoes.

   Was easy to get in and the burger was recommended to us from an employee we met a few days prior. Burger was amazing. We are steak fans, but had just can me from bronco game and did not have enough of an appetite for a big dinner, so will be back to try the steaks on our next visit to Denver. Food and service were great.

   Our server was fantastic, and the food was really good. There was a very rambunctious and drunk group behind us that stood up at the end of our meal and mouth off to everyone in the dining room. It would’ve been prudent for the leadership of the restaurant to stop at earlier, but they allowed it to continue.

   Just okay. I had the bison burger with a fried egg, bacon and avocado. Unfortunately the burger was completely charred on one side and the fried egg was completely over hard. This was my first experience and it made me wonder if a burger can’t be cooked correctly how would a steak be?… I guess I expected more from an established steak house.

   Loved our server, Tommy! Helper us celebrate being newlyweds and was spot on with all his recommendations. Was knowledgeable and engaged. The food was great, but the service really made it a cut above.

   The service was unbelievable. Lobster was great. It was my grandsons first dinner, in a prime steakhouse and he wants to come back.

    Service and ambience was outstanding. Steaks were cooked perfectly and our server did a great job of attending me and my fiancé , even offered to pack up our leftover sides while we finished eating our dessert.
