   I do not like giving reviews that i Know are not going to help business. With that said it was my 65 th bday celebration at Elements. Ambiance is very good, aside from that it was merely fair. My husband and I are seasoned diners and expect what we pay for. Service was fine, nothing out of the ordinary. Food was the same. My husbands steak was cold and returned , they replaced it promptly and it was warm, flavor lacking, needed salt. My scallops were lukewarm, i did not send back. I ordered based on our servers suggestion. they were ok, like every other decent scallop dish. Again it was ok, nothing special but for $700 dinner i expect more ... of something. (Wine was $250) This was our 2nd and last visit... sorry.

Regarding the scallops, I wanted to mention that the dish includes both hot, cold, and warm components, which may have contributed to the temperature perception.    Great view, awesome ambient, the menu is a bit limited but we had the shrimp cocktail, sea bass and filet, which ere very good.

   Wine event, pairings were HORRIFIC, as in the wine people had no input or the food guys had no input….66 people and the wine was way too early and the food took too long
