   The food and cocktails were fantastic and Shelley was very attentive - she is a wonderful server! The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review was the band was so loud! I’m sure this is intentional for the vibe the restaurant has decided to create (and don’t get me wrong, the band was good) but if we want to go to a concert we will pay to go to a concert. When we want to go to a lovely dinner and be able to enjoy one another’s company and talk it’s frustrating to have to yell to hear one another (and a little awkward for the server to have to lean in closely to talk into our ear to give suggestions…and no, we don’t have hearing problems.) The San Diego location has this band ambiance balance nailed…that’s what we were expecting when we made this reservation.

   It was wonderful! This was my first time visiting Eddie V’s to celebrate my 20th birthday with family/friends! Our waiter, Charles was awesome! He was very kind, funny, informative, and attentive. We even shared some birthday cake with him, which he loved! My appetizer was the yellowtail sashimi. DANG!! I could’ve eaten 3 plates of that, it was phenomenal. It had just the right amount of spice and flavor. The texture was like butter melting in my mouth! For my entree, I ordered the 10oz filet with bleu cheese topping, as well as roasted lobster tails. DELICIOUS!! My filet was cooked perfectly and paired beautifully with the bleu cheese. The lobster was scrumptious as well! The sauce on the lobster was insanely good, definitely my favorite part! It was overall a wonderful experience and I would love to come back to celebrate another special occasion!

    Our go to place for anniversary and special occasions They acknowledge the occasions too Staff are like family Sea food is excellent compared to most of the valley Special occasion, special place and special wait staff —Enjoy
