   Chose your restaurant for my birthday. Always a great experience. Lucky for me you had the ribeye cap in stock. Always yummy. Brought a newbie and she loved it.

   Decided to go a different route this visit, going away from traditional cuts. Started with the avocado hummus spread which looked and tasted great (recommend a consideration of serving this with endive instead of bread). The lamb cigars were tasty but the presentation could be better. The Bibb salad was excellent. For the entrees, we order 3 dishes. The hanger steak was tasty and cooked perfectly. The chimichurri sauce was a nice complement to the meat. The tuna frites (now served with rice) was a surprise as it was cooked with onions which added a nice flavor. The cut was large and the rare prep was outstanding. The rice was flavored with furikake which was also perfect. The bavette was the star. It was full of deep and rich flavor. The carrots were delicious and the hot coffee cake was a unique desert worth trying.

   I was somewhat disappointed in the level of service. I have been here many times, and the manager always stops by our table to check in on us. The manager stopped at every table but ours. We brought friends who were there for the 1st time, and we were a bit disappointed with the lack of service.

    Always our favorite go-to on the weekends! Not going to find better pricing and quality for a steakhouse here in Vegas. Super easy to get into, service is always incredible!
