   The water glasses had a very dishwater type of smell to them when drinking from it and the fresh bread was definitely either not fresh or stored in something that needs to be replaced or cleaned. I am concerned. Our experiences with Echo and Rig were always great but this is a huge no. The Henderson location did not have these issues either. I entertained business guests from out of town to impress them and sadly it was not what we expected. Drinks from the bar were also slow to arrive.

   Lucas was an amazing server and the food was amazing. We couldn’t believe a steakhouse was so affordable. Go. Today.

   Food is great. Service is incredible; very attentive service from the server who explained the different cuts of steaks and the rest of the menu to the employee who continuously filled our glasses of water. Price is very reasonable.

   Our server (Marcos), the back wait, hosts, and manager did a phenomenal job at making our Anniversary dinner a wonderful experience! They went above and beyond in helping me surprise my significant other with their gift and the manager, Javier, took the time to check in with us to make sure everything was to our liking. As for the food, the NY strip steak was incredible! Perfect cook and packed with flavor. Not that the steak needed it, but the steak Mushroom Sauce was to DIE FOR! Overall, great atmosphere, delicious food, and exceptionally friendly service! 10/10!

   Both steaks were ordered medium rare and both of them came out with a nice crust on the outside but the inside was 120° rare.

   This was our second time giving this restaurant a try. I will say the service was excellent and the manager, Javier, was very attentive but the food was just underwhelming.

   The patio offers an amazing dining experience with a view of the Tivoli Village fountain. The food and service are exceptional, making it a truly outstanding experience. We’ve been here before to celebrate a birthday and it never fails to impress. It consistently delivers first-rate service and is highly recommended.

   Okay so this is one of our go to places for brunch. 10/10 every time! BUT EVERY TIME we go for dinner it is a fail! Unfortunately! So last night we went there for my husband’s BIRTHDAY and we were hoping for a better experience but were extremely let down. First things first our server and the manager on staff were A+++++! Phenomenal! Great service! The food on the other hand! Horrible. Every piece of meat was either undercooked or overcooked. My son got two pieces of side chicken that were charred completely. I felt so bad that I only sent one back. My salmon dish was disgusting! The beet sauce was like literally canned beets and the spinach was doused it garlic and salt so much that it was uneatable. THEN my salmon was raw on the inside after asking for it to be cooked through. THEN my husband asked for a medium steak and it was cooked medium rare, even close to rare. His sauce that comes on top was cold to touch. That sauce should be hot. Like I said this has consistently happened only when we come for dinner. So it was our last times. We don’t want to throw hundreds of dollars away. Rather pay to have a better experience.

    Beautiful, from the moment we entered we were greeted. To the very end we experienced nothing but great service from all the staff. We were swept off our feet and treated exceptionally well. For a day that meant the world to us. It was our anniversary and we were happy we chose to celebrate it here. Thank you immensely
