   I had an amazing dining experience at Echo & Rig Steakhouse, thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Hugo P. from start to finish, Hugo went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor truly elevated the evening. The food was outstanding, but the impeccable service made it even more memorable.    Only reason for average rating is the Tomahawk steak. It’s chewy and not seasoned enough. Everything else was great. We just won’t ever order the tomahawk again.

   I ordered a New York Strip Steak, cooked at medium-well. Unfortunately, it was tough as could be! My knife barely able to cut through and excessive chewing just to enjoy the steak. I age steaks myself and reverse sear them, for juicy steaks with a chewable texture similar to mashed potatoes. The steak I had could not have been worse and I was sorely disappointed in the quality steak I received. I was visiting Vegas and looked forward to dining at Echo and Rig. I have eaten at Echo and Rig before during a Golf trip and recommended Echo and Rig to several other friends during their visits.

    Echo & Rig is an excellent choice if you're looking for an affordable steak dinner restaurant experience. The food is terrific (Don't miss the garlic mashed potatoes!) and service is exceptional. We'll definitely be back.
