   The service was outstanding and the food was superb. My mother in law had the pork chop with cabbage and she loved it. My husband ordered the salmon with some kind of citrus and raspberry sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I had to get the rib eye and it was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Our sides included the baked broccolini with chili flakes along with the brussel sprout leaves with pistachios. The sides were so flavorful I was surprised how much I enjoyed them. This dinner, all three entrees were mouthwatering and phenomenal. So happy we had dinner at this beautiful establishment!

   Sat outside on the patio where huge heat lamps kept us warm. Nice change of pace and much quieter than inside. Reasonably priced selection of delicious brunch items.

   They were very busy on Saturday and were unable to seat me for 30 min after my reservation. When I sat down I explained to the Manager that my wife and I had a show to catch and needed to dine in 59 min or less. Their staff was amazing! It took a team effort from multiple managers, the server, and the kitchen staff. I am happy to report they pulled off my 50min dining experience flawlessly. They now have a customer for life. It’s not how you start. It is how you finish. They turned a negative first impression into an amazing and attentive experience. I can’t wait to go back! The food is amazing and priced better than most high end steak restaurants. The atmosphere is a little loud but I prefer that over a stuffy quiet steak house. Shoutout to the staff at Echo and Rig for making my dining experience so memorable! Devoted fan of Echo and Rig Mark Diamond

   Overall service was great and the ambiance was nice, we had a 745 reservation and we had to wait a little time for a table to open up. The steak and shrimp cocktail weren’t my favorite just didn’t punch a ton of flavor, but I wouldn’t mind going back and trying a few other steaks. Thank you for the great service!

   The food and service are always five star. The value is incredible. We have been to this restaurant dozens of times and typically go 4-5 times per year. We go out to eat often and we go to upscale restaurants around Las Vegas. My wife and I truly believe that Echo & Rig is the best value of all. For the price, food quality, and service, hands down the best value in Las Vegas. We enjoyed the Tomahawk steak which was cooked to perfection. We had the pork burnt ends and lamb cigars for appetizers which were FANTASTIC. We brought our own bottle of wine as they have no corkage fee. If you have never eaten here you must go. You may just find your new favorite restaurant!

   The decor and ambiance of the restaurant left a little to be desired but the food, service, and prices more than made up for it. Beth seemed to be able to recite the menu in her sleep if needed and provided she provided great service. The food was fantastic and when the bill came it was a great value for such great food. I will be back.

   Upon arrival we were guided by the hostess past various open tables such as a 4-top right near us, and instead were seated at a small 2-top in the very back corner right next to the wall-mounted fire extinguisher. Our table was rocking back and forth with any touch, thankfully a server’s assistant we notified took care of that issue. Our actual server was pretty much absent the entire time. So much so that when our steak came out extremely rare despite ordering it medium, we sent it back to have it cooked up a bit (yet again via a server’s assistant) our server didn’t even know this had even happened. Having the steak cooked-up somehow took around 15-20 minutes. In which time all of our sides were getting cold. Our server finally came around to our table saying ‘how is everything’...well, there’s no steak on our table because it was being cooked-up which again he didn’t even know about. We asked if we could get an additional side, the mash potatoes, as complimentary given the wait and that all of our sides were now cold having waited so long. He said it would be right out. The steak getting cooked-up took so long the mash potatoes came out before the steak. Then the manager finally arrived with our cooked-up steak and nervously dropped it on the table, he said next to nothing, and then hovered near our table just watching us. It was….beyond awkward. Upon receiving the bill, the mash potatoes were somehow on the bill. The server then had the audacity to argue regarding the mash potatoes and didn’t want to take that off the bill. And this killed me…the server actually asked who did we talk to regarding the comp potatoes. Uhhhhmmm….YOU!!!! Like, what?! Just…wow. No words. Terrible experience, especially given this price point. Just utterly inexcusable.

    This is 5 star Las Vegas strip quality. At offstrip and reasonable prices. Ignore the instagram shenanigans of questionable influencers and treat yourself to an amazing restaurant. The service is top-notch and they understand their dishes. Everything from the appetizers to the main dishes. And the desserts are spectacular. I've eaten in over 100 Las Vegas restaurants, and this is one of the tops. Enjoy.
