   We love Djons! Food is always excellent. Service is superb. I had the sea bass and it was melt in your mouth scrumptious. My husband had the scallops— simply succulent. Our friends had the Scottish salmon and shrimp and grits— both were thoroughly enjoyed.

   Saturday night so of course it was noisy at first. But the back room quieted as we had a terrific pre-dinner cocktail. Our waiter, Anthony, was beyond excellent. He had total command of each dish and described them in detail. He checked on us frequently and responded to each request timely. The food, pompano for two of us (excellent), sea bass for one (prepared ok but not as flavorful as pompano), and combo lamb chop and duck breast (excellent) were deliver hot and beautifully composed.

   We’ve been looking for an upscale steak house in our area since we moved here. Just something to enjoy for smaller occasions like birthdays or just a nice date night. Djon’s was perfect, the service was great, the food was even better. I would highly recommend coming here. You will spend some money, so keep that in mind. We ordered 2 starters - Escargot- (first time having it) it was ok. I felt the pesto sauce they used overpowered it and made it look a bit sloppy. Tomato burrata - I was expecting something a little different but this was still tasty and I would recommend it. Entree: Tomahawk steak for 2- it was perfectly cooked, the sauce they used was delicious. It comes with 2 sides already, the green beans were just ok, so I wish we opted for another veggie. The mashed potatoes were good and a perfect amount. Our waiter was very attentive and even had a little dessert in a shot glass for me. I feel the “on the house” dessert could be done a little better. We opted for an additional crème brûlée. It was also delicious.

   On vacation in Melbourne Beach and this restaurant was recommended by a local. It is a very professionally run restaurant, the staff are unfailingly efficient and attentive. The food is excellent; it is indeed a steak and lobster house and both were top shelf. As with most truly good steak houses, the prices will give you pause; our surf & turf dinners with calamari to start carried a tab over $300 for the two of us (with wine). But we don't regret it.

   We eat here everytime we visit Palm Bay we love the food and the ambiance. The piano player who performs is a great touch and the entire menu is 5 star.

   Absolutely amazing experience, food on point but our server Anthony G. really made our nite, from suggesting our wines to go with our entrees to turning my wife's napkin into a rose 🌹 he really went above and beyond for us!

   We enjoyed a cocktail at the piano bar while waiting for our table. Once seated, the back room was a little loud but the service and the food were outstanding.
