Located on 'The Hill' in Grosse Pointe Farms, the Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe presents live jazz and comfort dinning in an intimate, Ole English pub atmosphere.

The venue offers a great all-day menu Tuesday through Thursday, and great live music and pre-fixe menu combination on Friday and Saturday. Chef Andre Neimanis serves up bistro favorites, world cuisine influences, comfort food with a twist and exciting daily specials. The wine list offers about 60 selections, 20 by the glass.

This was the most recent of many evenings spent at the Dirty Dog. The experience was very good but not quite up to the standard we have come to expect. The waiter and bartender were a bit confused by our drink orders, which had to be repeated. While others at our table were happy with their food, mine was a disappointment. However the desert was excellent. Would we go back again? Of course. But they need to tighten the ship a bit - I'm sure the spirit of the redoubtable Ms. Valade is watching closely.

The atmosphere was incredible food was delicious but the apple pie tasted old threw it away but our waitress was soooo kind I will be back everyone was so friendly and nice 😉

This was the second time I selected Dirty Dog to entertain special people in my life. Both visits exceeded my expectations. The waitstaff is incredible and you feel so welcome along with as if you are the only guest there! Thank you!
