Seriously some of the best French food outside of France! We enjoyed the tasting menu for 2 along with wine pairing. Such expertise! Everything was superb.

Our menu is farm-to-table, changes based upon what is fresh this week & our culinary team offers chalkboard menu items regularly. You'll find our menu is seafood forward, but it is worth noting there's always something special on deck for the vegetarian and carnivore in the group.

Excellent restaurant in every respect; food, service, decor, you name it. This is a genuine diamond in the rough. I will never understand how a small town restaurant can find such talented kitchen staff. Pretty amazing. You won't be disappointed.

The restaurant is situated next to the Applegate River with a large balcony overlooking the river and beautiful views of the historic bridge. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal at The Lindsay. My wife is vegan, and the chef made her a delicious entree with fresh vegetables that he had on hand. I loved the chicken wing appetizer (some of the tastiest wings I've ever had), and we shared the delicious Brussels sprouts. Other items we ordered included the eggplant Parmigiana and the arugula salad. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend The Lindsay's restaurant.

We celebrated our anniversary and felt like royalty by the attention we received. My steak was prepared to perfection and my husband had the best battered fish and chips ever. Beautiful setting, table with great view of the river. Desert was delicious.

Our menu changes monthly and highlights dishes Don grew up with as well as those he mastered though working at Michelin-starred restaurants across the country.

From Don: You may find gnocchi like my Ma used to make or Italian sausage modeled after my Godfather’s, Oreste “Ernie” Capone. You might find scallops still in their shells, Oregon pork in the style of Braciole, & popovers I learned to make from my mother-in-law, Terry, because she makes those every Christmas morning... beef tartare, sea urchin, caviar, etc too. These things are all my favorites.
