The food and service was excellent. I really enjoyed myself with my friend that we meet once a month for dinner. I happen to go online and found this restaurant which had really good reviews and I definitely agree. The meal was delicious. I definitely will be going back.

Located between the Delaware River and Canal in Bucks County, the Golden Pheasant Inn offers fine dining and luxurious accommodations in a truly picturesque setting. We are only one hour and thirty minutes from New York City or Philadelphia, and only 25 minutes north of New Hope, PA.
The Inn had previously been family-owned and operated for over 30 years by the Faure family. Jack Thompson, of the Thompson Organization and the Black Bass Hotel, purchased the Golden Pheasant in July of 2019 and plans to reopen in the new year. We look forward to welcoming you back to the Golden Pheasant Inn!

Arielle's Country Inn, located on Allentown Road, is housed in a beautifully appointed, historic, stone building dating back to 1754. Used as a stagecoach stop in the 18th century, the restaurant still retains that warm country atmosphere. Chef/owner, Jacques Colmaire, uses locally sourced, fresh, high quality ingredients to skillfully prepare food for you to enjoy. Diners can choose from Prime steaks, fresh seafood, pasta and other specialities which are all cooked to order and served in a romantic, candlelit dining room, enhanced with a fireplace and cozy bar. Always a delight, but especially at Christmas time! Our server attended to our table several times to check on our experience. They accommodated our request for special seating. Lighting was sufficient. The decorations looked festive and cozy. The chicken parm with vegetables tasted wonderful and my house salad included a variety of toppings. Not your typical house side salad! My husband ordered the special cod with crab and enjoyed it. Our friend ordered lobster bisque, caesar salad, and coconut shrimp. All appetizers, but made a complete meal. The dessert, a pear with hot fudge and ice cream with berries and whipped cream was large enough for two of us to share. Did I say delicious, too?! Thank you Arielle's!!

Dinner is served Wednesday - Saturday in the dining room, which opens into our chef’s kitchen and features a cozy fireplace and overlooks the flower gardens. Outstanding service & outstanding food! On par if not BETTER than most distinguished city restaurants. All four courses were phenomenal. Highly recommended. There were four of us so we ordered just about everything on menu. Perfect execution: flavors, plating, cooking. Wonderful evening.
