Super friendly. We were quickly greeted and seated by the owner Damon. Wine selection is impressive. It continues to change over the years , always replacing a selection with a better one. We chose the whipped feta appetizer. Delicious and just the right amount for 4 people to share. I was so happy to see their lemon chicken orzo soup on the specials menus. Added that to a chicken pesto, apple, & Brie panini and my evening was perfect. Excellent food, excellent service, always a treat to visit Camp 4 in downtown Modesto.

Gauchos would prepare a feast for their family and friends by slow roasting various cuts of meat from each of their herd over an open flame pit. They offered to each family and friend, the best of the Gaucho’s herd, where they carved the meats at each table in a show of skill and gift giving.

Located in Bakersfield’s Southwest neighborhood, Flame & Fire Brazilian Steakhouse is a modern experience into Brazil’s traditional churrascaria, featuring the rodizio style of carved meats table side, along with our exquisite market table. I and 2 friends went to Max's to celebrate Christmas together. I had the prime rib special! It was by far the best prime rib I have ever had! Cooked perfectly with lots of flavor and paired perfectly with asparagus and buttery mashed potatoes. A friend had the meatloaf which was also outstanding! And the other had the spare rib stroganoff which was also delicious! We finished off with toffee bread pudding, vanilla bean ice cream and coffee. Service was great and attentive!

We did a Sunday afternoon date day for the first time here. Bistro 120 didn't disappoint. Both of our meals were delicious. My wife had the BLTA sandwich and I had the spicy chicken sandwich. They were both excellent! Our server was also very nice and gave great service.
