Chef Emeril Lagasse's take on the grand American steakhouse. Delmonico Steakhouse takes its name from the legendary, century-old New Orleans institution, Delmonico Restaurant and Bar. Delmonico Steakhouse is elegant and luxurious both in cuisine and atmosphere while offering a comfortable, approachable ambiance that is as breathtaking as it is inviting. With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Amazing food, service and vibe. Definitely one of the best steakhouses I in Vegas. If you’re coming here with family or date, definitely recommend sharing appetizers, entrees and sides. Everything is so good! Services is very attentive and accommodating.

    Possibly the quintessential American steakhouse experience. Don’t eat here if you’re looking for a chef’s “interpretation” of a classic. They do the classics as they were intended, and they do it expertly. The ribeye is perfectly prepared, the sides are straightforward and delicious. Apps and dessert are wonderful. Service is prompt and elegant.

    Steak was shining star but I prefer lobster which was small, not filling and tougher to cut than the steak. Though love the candle lit butter. Sides had no real flavor, lobster Mac was bland and just disappointing. Drinks were an acquired taste. Non alcoholic fruit punch was delicious, so was the bread. Scallops were delicious but inconsistently cooked one even looked a bit under. Service was phenomenal!!! They were attentive, helpful and kind. Loved the chairs made open tables feel more private, but can get noisy all around. Overall it just doesn’t feel like the quality/taste of food merits the price you pay.

    My first and best experience, my waitress was awesome the food and environment. I can say it is my best experience and perfect place that someone needs to enjoy if you go to Vegas.

    We were sat next to a cart catch all for the wait staff… super noisy and distracting. Our waiter was not very attentive either. Just a meh experience.

    Have eaten there many times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Previously in front of restaurant. This time we were in the back where we saw all dirty dishes and linens go by. Had to flag waiters down for service. We were nicely dressed compared to rest of the guests. AND we’re celebrating an anniversary. Very underwhelmed.

    Wonderful as always from start to finish. Greeted by Mgr Mike and Waiter Tom were friendly and took very good care of us. Food was delicious as usual. We'll be back for sure next time we're in Las Vegas!
