   Let’s start with the food. The lobster Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend. So were the Brussels sprouts. I ordered the boneless rib eye and my wife ordered the NY strip. Both steaks were good overall, just very fatty…too much for my liking. Wife ordered a salad as a precursor to the steak. The salad was extremely vinegary to the point of overwhelm. As far as the service, we were not impressed at all. I can’t recall my main servers name, but he seemed uninterested in serving. Not attentive to our table hardly at all. He only came to the table twice the entire evening. We received more visits from the young lady refilling the water glass. There was another server that visited our table when he realized that we were looking around for someone to bring us our check after a VERY long wait. Maybe it was an off night, but I was expecting more out of this place. Not sure that I would be back.

   What an unbelievable dining experience. Jeff and his crew were the best wait staff I’ve had in a long while. The food was unreal, presented perfectly, and was absolutely delicious. Thanks for a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

   I can honestly say I have been coming to this steakhouse for decades. Easily last night’s visit had to be my 50+ time dining in Delmonico. The quality of the food has not changed. Hands down the best bone-in ribeye one can have in Las Vegas. Delmonico will always be my go to restaurant in Las Vegas. Thank you for the amazing meal last night

   We went here to celebrate my 50th birthday. This is by far the best restaurant I have ever been to. I had the ribeye, and my husband had the pork chop, both will melt in your mouth and are so tender and juicy you could cut them with a butter knife. The Pork Chop is extremely thick and hands down the best we have ever tasted. We ordered the Brussel Sprouts and the au Graton potatoes, both were delicious. the staff is very attentive, professional and informative. The atmosphere is quiet, elegant and inviting. If you are looking for an excellent evening with top notch food, I 100% recommend Delmonico's, it is worth every penny you will spend there.

   I’ve had many great meals here but this last one was terrible. Started out bad and ended bad. I brought my own fairly expensive bottle of wine, Somm took the bottle to pull the cork and completed botched the removal. When he came back with the crumbled cork he poured me the first bit of wine and there were pieces of cork that poured out into my glass. Wasted wine and if the cork was not removed properly, they should have filtered the wine prior to bringing in back. The server Ed recommendation for an app was the signature BBQ shrimp. We ultimately decided to pass but the table next to us ordered it and sent it back. They said it was terrible. Our salads were solid. My wife ordered the Seabass which was good. I was deciding between a few items but the server highly recommended the bone in ribeye. I specially asked him if it was super fatty as Ribeyes can be sometimes and I wanted to avoid that. He told me his steaks were aged in house and the fat was minimal and after cooking it will melt in my mouth. Steak came out and was one of the worst ribeyes I’ve ever eaten in my life. At least 50% of the steak was inedible. Prior to the meal, I mentioned to either the host or server (I don’t recall) that it was my wife’s birthday and I’d like them to bring something out at the end of the meal. After the meal, they brought out 2 dessert menus and completely forgot my request. I told them of the birthday at that point and he brought out sorbet with a candle which was nice. For an OG steakhouse that I often recommend to friends when going to Vegas I was so disappointed. This was one of the worst meals in memory I’ve had in Vegas in my last 50. I’m hoping it was a fluke, but it was simply BAD. They did waive corkage and took off the steak without me saying anything (as they should have), which I appreciated, but I expect way more from a spot like Delmonico.

    The service and the food was impeccable. Our server Frank, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We truly enjoyed our experience at Delmonico’s.
