With one of the top meat selections globally, Delmonico Steakhouse focuses on in-house dry aging Creekstone Farm meat selections. Inspired by Chef Emeril’s New Orleans culinary roots, the emphasis on Creole cooking builds upon French techniques with an infusion of robust flavors that elevate the traditional steakhouse experience using the freshest and finest ingredients.     Absolutely amazing experience! We started with the bone-in bacon, and then got the 16oz NY strip and the filet with a side of garlic mushrooms, red wine reduction, and chimichurri! All of it was absolutely astonishing, our waiter was extremely attentive, and the ambiance and atmosphere of the restaurant was great! If you’re looking for somewhere in Vegas to have an upscale dinner, definitely consider this place! The prices are high, but not at all unreasonable, and the portions can easily serve 2 people!

    The service was very good and the food was delicious. Don’t expect a quiet, intimate setting , definitely no candlelight and it was noisy. There were 4 of us and it was a little difficult to converse across the table.
