      I used to love going to the daily grill in Newport Beach, but now it’s closed and has been for some time. I used to go every Friday and have the Manhattan clam chowder and a wedge salad. Tonight was so nice because I was able to reminisce and typical Friday night dinner. I wish you put another daily grill back in Newport.

      Our experience at the Daily Grill was outstanding. The food was wonderful and our service was incredible. I eat out frequently and all over the country. Nora took exemplary care of us. I will absolutely be back.

      Food was vile. Tasteless I’ll prepared and otherwise inedible. I wouldn’t eat there again if they gave me a free meal and $5000. I can’t remember a worse meal.

      Always consistent excellent service and food. Prices are reasonable with great menu choices . Have been coming here for years . Today at brunch time we had the fish and chips and crab Louis salad. Good sized portions, lots of crab on the salad , the Cole slaw side with the fish and chips was delicious. Nice patio dining and if you prefer indoor , comfortable booths and tables as well . The Daily Grill will not disappoint .. Highly recommend !!

      We have been going there for years. The food is always good and reasonable priced compared to the price gouging of other restaurants recently. Frequently take our friends there and they always like it too.

      We had high expectations. Lunch on a Friday afternoon. The menu had many options. I chose Mahi Mahi with risotto and green beans. My wife chose Filet Mignon Medallions Medium Rare w/ Asparagus The staff was helpful in accommodating her request for nothing with garlic. Her steak arrived well done, completely dry, we sent it back. The risotto was VERY salty. My fish was a mixed bag, one end of the fillet was fine, the other end was tough (overcooked, or just a bad cut? not sure) The meat was not a great cut for the price. We left disappointed and hungry

      At first we were seated in the back right next to bathroom. The hostess said it was the quietest table, which is what I had requested. It was definitely NOT. After bread and wine, we moved to another table, still in the path to the bathroom, but not as close/same server, who was lovely. All food was delicious! I did, however, write in the reservation that we were celebrating my mother's birthday, but nothing! ;(

      We had a wonderful experience at the Daily Grill. Our waitress, Tracey, was very attentive and she had a great personality. Without a doubt, the Daily Grill makes the best chicken pot pies around. They are huge, but that just means you have enough leftover for another meal!
