Celebrating my wife’s birthday at The Capital Grille was slightly disappointing. First, the food quality and flavors are still very good. However, the service is declining. Restaurant did not check the reservation notes to see this was a birthday dinner, which I can overlook. Our waiter not being able to communicate in English was not something I can accept. We struggled to understand him and he had the same challenge understanding us. Not what I expect from The Capital Grille.
