Best Wine Bars in Irvine

This restaurant is exceptional; every time, every day. We have been coming here for years and William treats us--and all his customers--with such respect and love. What's amazing is the consistency in the service, food, drink, and atmosphere. And, back to William...how does someone treat customers with such respect and love always, year after year, like it's the first day ever? Having been in the people business myself (for decades as a high school teacher) I recognize that presence of power; that treatment of clients like they are the most important thing going at that moment of contact; regardless of what else might be going on. It comes from an exceptionally high EQ, which can't be taught. Rather, it is the essential ingredient for success. The food is GREAT, but the service is even better from the hostess stand, to the server, to....well, William! We were treated to a new server tonight: Peter. He's a keeper. We're coming back to see him again! Great hire and he is equally grateful and happy to be working at the Winery. Win-win. See y'all again soon!

Eugene was excellent always aware of what we needed and made excellent recommendations. I never had an empty water glass the whole 4 hours I was there the service is great.

Seasons 52 is a family favourite of ours so as always, they did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, it was wonderful. The food is consistently delicious and the service is top notch every time we dine here. Our server Lexi, was an absolute delight and we will be certain to ask for her when we visit again soon!

Tanner was a fantastic server! He was friendly, gave us extra attention for our anniversary, and gave great recommendations. The food was perfect (as usual), and we so appreciate the bartender recreating my husband’s favorite drink from an old menu - the black manhattan.

I’ve been back to O Sea several times since my last review on open table. The overall quality of the experience makes this an exceptional value as well as incredibly satisfying. The food is very delicious, well thought out, presented perfectly and so pleasing to the taste buds! And now they have wine flights! This makes exploring the wines Mike has curated incredibly fun. Mike has expertly assembled wines from the US and the world, that are priced reasonably and are of higher quality than most restaurants. And now with the wine flights you can try out more of them without feeling like you are over indulging. My hat is off to his cook and wait staff, especially Sara, Christie, Alondra and Elise. They have all waited on me on different occasions and are superb, friendly, helpful, timely and very knowledgeable. Mike trains them very well and that means the service is consistent every time. If you are this far into my review and you’re still wondering if you should try it out, let me say you will be sorry if you don’t. This is a great place for seafood and wine.
