A Relaxing Evening at Turquoise Last night, we celebrated my friend’s birthday at Turquoise, and it was such a perfect choice. The atmosphere was incredibly calming—soft lighting, gentle music, and the whole place had this serene, coastal vibe that made us feel like we were on a little vacation. From the moment we walked in, the staff was so warm and welcoming. They made us feel right at home, even surprising my friend with a little birthday touch at the table, which was a sweet start to the night. We took our time settling in, chatting, and just enjoying the relaxed pace. The food? Absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. We ordered a mix of dishes to share—each one better than the last. Their signature seafood platter was a standout, but honestly, every plate had that perfect balance of flavor and freshness. We lingered over dessert, laughing and reminiscing, with no rush to leave. The food is unique (to us) and delicious. We started with a terrific baba ganoush. We had lamb kabobs and chicken kabobs served with salad and rice. The milk custard at dessert was a great way to finish. The meal was at a relaxed pace and the service was attentive, but not overly so.
