Best Tapas Restaurants in Halifax

An amazing evening with a clever menu allowing you to pick and choose a range of dishes and flavours. The mackerel tart, was the first snack to arrive and set a really high bar that continued all evening. The cocktails were so well made and presented, but the highlight is the fun of the names given to them. An evening of great food, spritz and giggles!

Great meal, however we booked the Terrace for the meal and upon arrival were told that it’s only open Friday and Saturday nights and there was a glitch in the open table system that allowed us to book this. However it was a great night n

Not as good as previous visits, but has apparently been recently taken over. Very disorganised, no drinks menus available, no knowledge of what was available. Drink spilled when delivering, but no offer to clean it up. Service very slow. The food however was good. Tonic water appeared in a glass, rather than in a bottle with a glass, which I found strange. The gentleman who I presume was the cook was somewhat dishevelled, with dirty clothes - a bit off-putting. Would I return? Possibly, but I think I’ll give them time to ‘settle in’. This place used to be superb, so I’m hoping it will return to that level.
