Blind Bishop is a modern wine bar and restaurant nestled in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas. Our wine list is curated by Sommelier/Owner Dilek Caner, who is currently the only Master of Wine in Texas. For the last twenty years, Dilek has trained many sommeliers and wine directors in New York City and Dallas. We are open from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Saturdays. During these hours, we offer a rotating selection of 16 by-the-glass options available in 1 oz, 3 oz, or 5 oz pours and serve a bar menu. We also offer a seasonal six-course dinner with optional wine pairings on Saturdays at 6:30 pm. Seating is limited, so these dinners are by reservation only.Expect to have a great time tasting wine and food, having conversations with like-minded wine people, and to always learn something new about wine when you visit us.
