The service and food reflect on the consistent Michelin ratings ( 7 years ) Our specialist Martin was at the top of his game Truly helpful explaining the fine details of each serving Chef Yamamoto did not disappoint. Enjoyed the Wagyu and the Duck on top of the dumpling. The Sea Breem had an amazing ponzu gel Only complaint is the year 2020 vintage of Rindo should not be served since that’s a horrible year for wine because of the Napa fires.
