    We were looked after by the wonderful Vanessa upstairs and she was absolutely brilliant and professional. We hadn’t been to Sticks’n’Sushi since the menu change so we were excited to try. We ordered our usuals plus the new mushroom croquettes. These were delicious but definitely on the smaller side and for £8.90 just expected a little more. We couldn’t help but notice the cauliflower sauce lacked its usual punch and was slightly more watered down and the scallops are now more pasty than scallop which is a shame. They were still delicious none the less so we didn’t complain, just noticed. Vanessa and our drinks service was quick and efficient and because it was raining we were kindly offered a Sticks’n’Sushi umbrella to take away with us which we loved. Small things like that really make a difference and elevate a dining experience. A great night had overall.

    Service was great, very attentive food was excellent. Restaurant and toilet nice and clean and everything was smooth from start to finish. Made my daughter’s birthday meal special. We would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

    Kibou is a lovely local Japanese restaurant. Service is generally always very friendly and helpful. Portions are good and the food is tasty. A very good selection of sushi, rolls, and other more substantial dishes. Love the tofu agadashi! Will be back at some point!
