Beautiful experience. Took myself on a solo-date for Christmas Eve, and was able to enjoy a the freshest and finest sushi I’ve ever tasted. The atmosphere was cozy and intimate, and replicated that of a speakeasy. My sushi chefs were top tier, as their laughter, professionalism and warmth filled my heart. I was seated with four other couples, and continued my dining experience as everyone left and finish. I was able to have a private dining experience towards the end when it was just me and sushi chefs. My bartender also offered a non-alcoholic drink when I told her I don’t drink. It ended up being a lychee “martini” and it was excellent! Thank you guys ❤️❤️

Beyond excellent. As someone from Montreal we are used to excellent dining. In this case it was beyond reproach. I recommend Nobu Manalapan to everyone.

A Culinary Symphony of Goodness! My husband and I dined at Echo for the first time on Christmas Eve 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step through the door, the ambiance transports you with its modern Asian elegance and soft lighting, creating an intimate, yet lively setting. We were seated at a quieter back table with banquette, perfect for conversation. We chose the chef's tasting menu for two after previewing the extensive menu online. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece in appearance and taste. The dishes made you want to close your eyes and savor each morsel. The fried rice was so special that we nearly ordered more to take home. Giovanni, our server, was exceptional, enhancing our experience with his knowledge and attentiveness. The cocktails, especially the Pink Bamboo for gin lovers, were a must-try. While the meal was expensive, the quality of food, service, and overall experience at Echo justify the cost. We're already planning to return for happy hour and future Christmas Eves. Echo is more than just a meal; it's an event, highly recommended for those who appreciate fine dining.

Met with friends for a Saturday lunch. Was crowded and noisy. Had vegan sushi and it’s nothing extraordinary. Ordered shrimp and scallop sandwich with fries. Had tummy discomfort and wasn’t sure the freshness of the food?! Disappointed! Enjoyed the ocean view and good service. Our friend ordered the breakfast menu and he found the dish was overly salty. Other than that everything was well.
