Best Steakhouses in Pinellas Park

Food was amazing! Service was mixed. Ordered wine when we sat down, empty glass came in 5 minutes, but it took 15 minutes for the wine to come, and it was lunch time at 1pm, not very busy at all. It has to be a bar issue, as food came out timely and server was great otherwise.

I brought my husband for his birthday the ambiance was great. My server Kaylyn was amazing, her knowledge oft the menu exceeded my expectations Her so well recommendations were spot on and her attention to detail was spectacular. David the manager was great and very accomendating when their was a mild issue with my husbands steak. He turned the experience into a wonderful celebration of my husbands birthday. We definitely will return in the near future.

It started off a little rocky, we were sat almost an hour after our reservation time. They were very busy with Christmas parties. Once sat we had Luiz as our server and another young man named Mike checking on us. Luiz and Mike were amazing! The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. In speaking with the manger the wait was not normal and they were so nice about it. We will definitely return, we had an amazing night.

Everything was perfect, from the fabulous "Smoke" cocktail to the delicious filet mignon, the scrumptious sides and the fabulous ginger creme brule. The service was professional and efficient but warm and friendly thanks to Sarah. It was a real five star experience.

What an amazing night for a random Monday! From the entry to the exit, Bascom's delivered. The hosts were friendly and quick about our reservation, the food terrific but the service is what sold us. I am a hospitality-professional and i cannot help but measure other venues against my standards. Our server, Derek, was flawless. I'm talking table-crumbed, cocktail fork down before the appetizer arrived, flawless. I would be hard-pressed to entrust a holiday or other special occasion elsewhere. Thank you!
