We were 5 women and we all had salads. The kitchen catered to our individual requests for modification such as dressing on the side or no onions or bell peppers The salads were very fresh and the grilled chicken was hot and moist - not always the case in other establishments. We did wait about 30 minutes for the salads to arrive. Sundance serves warm, fresh sour dough bread wit both butter and olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We had a birthday in our group and the waiter brought a complimentary slice of mud pie with a candle in it. We split it among us and it was delicious.

The food is excellent. Everything was well prepared. Service was excellent. One thing to note, the side dishes are enormous. You should either order a half or be prepared to split it with one or two other people. Another thing, if you order a glass of wine instead of a bottle have them bring it immediately. It is quite cold and it takes a while for a red to warm up to the point where it can be fully appreciated. The rack of lamb has 7 ribs. Be prepared to split it or take some home. Doggie bags were quite common. Another neat trick, their prepared drinks come with dry ice on the glass. It keeps the liquid cool but it does not dilute the flavor as it melts. One last thing. Be prepared for an expensive experience. Two of us with drinks, 2 glasses of wine, 2 half appetizers, 3 half sides and 2 main courses ended up with a bill over $550 including tip. Worth it for special occasions but a lot for any kind of regular thing.

Best king crab ever in my life! Been visiting this place a lot in the past; skipped for more than year because unchanged menu; good to see the menu renewed! The only thing I hesitate to give 100/100 is we still waited for 15 minutes with reservation and arrive on time.

For my first experience food is great! The customer service top tier and engaging to assist in ensuring the experience is enhanced. The food is great value in my experience getting the ribeye. The sitting area pretty dull average compared to RH in Sausalito Area.

My husband and I had a great experience at Forbes Mill Steakhouse in Danville. Our waitress was exceptional and her name was Amy and she definitely added to our wonderful evening. We had the Filet, one Oscar Style and one with Scampi. Both outstanding. We also enjoyed our Lava Cake desert. Wonderful evening for us as we don't splurge often.
