My wife ordered the filet and shrimp, her filet well done. My guest and I both got filets well done (no pink) and my wife’s was medium well ( some pink). I know mistakes happen so we did not raise the issue, however, I would have enjoyed my steak much more if it had some pink and not so charred. I know we could have said something but it would have meant waiting for another steak to be prepared and our wives would have been way ahead of us. Other than the mix up with the steaks, our server Chad was excellent. Our server, Jorge, was exceptional and the entire staff was very nice and accommodating. The food was delicious. We all had the filet mignon and they were phenomenal.
