The service was incredibly good. We didn’t have to wait long for anything and the food was just amazing!!

Celebrated our 8th anniversary at Pappas Bros Steakhouse. The staff and manager were fantastic. Food was out of this world! Joyce took time to explain the options, showed us different cuts of meat and gave us suggestions. We had the Prime Ribeye (18oz), skillet potatoes and chocolate cake to finish. Every bite was delicious! Joyce even brought us a special dish (on the house) - sautéed jalapeños. I can’t even begin to describe how good this was paired with the potatoes. For drinks, we had red wine (glass), Moscow mule, Long Island, and a lychee martini. First time in Houston, first time at Pappas Bros. Will do it all over again the next time we’re in town.

He was attentive, professional, and ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect. Fantastic dining experience. We took our daughter for her birthday. Her first time. Service from Jillian was top notch and the steak and sides could not have been any better. We will be back soon.

The ladies at the hostess station welcomed us with warm smiles, making us feel right at home. Our waiter was outstanding, providing attentive and knowledgeable service throughout the meal. We were fortunate to have the sommelier assist us in selecting an exquisite bottle of Pinot Noir that perfectly complemented our dinner. The food was simply delicious, showcasing the high standards Mastro's is known for. The ambience was elegant and sophisticated, truly reflecting the affluent atmosphere of Houston. I highly recommend Mastro’s Steakhouse for anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience. It’s the perfect place to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy a fantastic meal with loved ones.
