Some steak restaurants have good steaks and robots that serve you. Some have bad steaks Charleys was amazing. Everything was delicious The bread, salad, potatoes and steak was exceptional. Tiara, the manager,Steve and Chris were over the top wonderful conversationists and were attentive to make my experience the best Don’t miss this gem of culinary excellence if you are in the Orlando area. Amazing experience. Food, staff, atmosphere were all outstanding. Staff made you feel important and answered all of our questions, even those not concerning the food. Food, just can’t compare it to anything else, I have never had such a flavorful and cooked to perfection steak as that. Atmosphere was great at 5pm. Quiet and calm. Best meal I have ever had.

One of the best meals I’ve had in Orlando and I’ve dined at the Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton. Johnny was amazing. He was attentive yet not intrusive. He gave amazing recommendations and made my 5 year old feel like a princess. The Sea Bass was delicious as were the scallops. We also ordered the Short Rib lasagna which was equally as good. This was an amazing meal that we raved about later. I highly recommend visiting Firenze and ask for Johnny!
