Best Steak Restaurants in Ravenswood

One of my favorite picks - great for entertaining people from out of town, special occations, or just for a wonderful meal. Food is exceptional and A+ service always I wish there was one closer to me on the upper east side too....

Wowza! Stunning from the minute you leave the sidewalk. The bar is a delight, the meals delicious, the service superb.

The food was amazing . We had the tomahawk steak big enough for 2 people and the lobster rolls . The place is smaller than what I’d expect . They have a certain dress code online but when you get there everyone is wearing what ever they want. Good service overall

Our experience was excellent. We arrived early but were seated right away. Service was excellent. I had the Rib Eye and my wife had the Fillet. They were cooked to perfection and excellent cuts of meat. We had asparagus and mushrooms as sides. Both portions were large and nicely prepared. We skipped desert and opted just for coffee. It was our first time at Ocean Prime and we were very happy.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overbearing. The staff gave us the space to enjoy our meal in a way that felt personal, yet effortlessly seamless. And then, of course, there’s the food. The tomahawk was steak cooked to perfection and the creamed corn crème brûlée was rich and satisfying. It’s the kind of meal that reminds you why certain restaurants become institutions. What stood out most, though, wasn’t just the quality of the food but the quality of the experience. On a night when we needed a little extra grace, Quality Meats delivered in ways they may not even realize. For that, I’m truly grateful. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a meal that’s as refined as it is comforting, in a space that understands the true meaning of hospitality.
