- JJohnNew York City •1 review5.0Dined todayWent there for my wife's 40th birthday. The waiter Robert as well as the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our evening enjoyable and memorable. We started with a few a la carte sushi choices, moved onto the Canadian rib eye steak which was very tender and finished off with more sushi and wine as well as desert. Sushi was better than most places where the majority of the pieces are stuffed with rice. Definately worth it for special occasions. Thank you again. - CChristieVIPLas Vegas •23 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI can with my husband and instead of ordering g off the menu we decided to do a tasting menu, chef select from choices off the menu. We started with the crisp (salmon, white finish and tune), a bit of caviar with house hash browns, and the shrimp cocktail. The dishes were amazing! I’m house cocktail sauce had such a great zing to the horseradish. The second course was lobster pasta and the pork belly - the fat just melted in your mouth and surprisingly hoisin matched well with the creamy lobster pasta. We finished with prime rib, palace potatoes (28 layers with duck fat I’m between), and the savoy. We were so full we only ate half of this to save some room for dessert. The cake was Salted dark chocolate cake… a great combo of salty, sweet and darkness from the chocolate. Jane the wine director was amazing and we got a bottle of the 2019 domaine Huer pétillant to go with the meal… it was such a great pairing for the entire dinner! We would definitely go back. Food was o tasty I forgot to take pictures. Our waiter was super friendly!More infoPrime Seafood PalacePrice: Very Expensive• Steak• Queen West•4.7
