Best Steak Restaurants in East Kilbride

Excellent steaks as always, chicken dish was also really tasty. Sunday roast lunch was plentiful and the Yorkshire puddings are spectacular. Great service and our wee dog loved his doggy steak too. Would recommend as a chilled way to spend a Sunday afternoon listening to the live music and spending precious time with family.

This is my favourite steak restaurant in Glasgow and hence why once again I chose it for my Birthday lunch with family. My wife had obviously told them that it was my birthday so there was a birthday card on the table..a nice touch. Anyway starters were excellent with the pork cheek and tiger prawn being superb. I had had the philly cheese steak spring rolls previously and knew these were really filling however my son had these and they looked superb. We all had fillet steaks cooked to either medium rare or medium and all were cooked to perfection. Accompanied by hand cut chips we also had sides of onion rings, rocket and parmesan, mac and cheese and glazed carrots and by the end we were all full although I did not have a dessert my wife and future daughter in law did and they looked brilliant. Good food, piping hot and served quickly. Reasonable prices. Also, the toilets (gents) were clean and tidy—always a sign of a well-managed restaurant. I am sure the ladies toilet was the same, but I didn't see them.

Visited The Spanish Butcher in Glasgow for my fiancé's 30th birthday last night. Great touch from the staff leaving a little branded birthday card for him. Everything was perfect. The staff are all knowledgeable & well mannered. We had a starter each & shared a chateaubriand (galician) with some sides. Our food was all absolutely perfect. Definitely the best steak we've ever had. The restaurant decor was moody & intimate & gorgeous. I can't wait for another special occasion to come back.

It was overall great and had lovely food. But we where around 15 minutes early and we’re told that there was no seats at the bar so we were to go to the bar across the road (that I don’t think has anything to do with them) however we were turned away at the door due to a ticket event (which is not there fault the bars fault). But it did leave us wondering around. However the table we where sat at has no one sat in it when we first turned up. But overall I would be back for the food
